The “Wildpark Waldhaus Mehlmeisel” is an exciting place für all senses – a place for explorer.
The Waldhaus is the perfect start for your adventure tour. Multimedia stations provide all kind of information about the forest and it´s denizens.
You can visit those denizens in the wildpark. See Lynx, wild hog, wildcat, deers and more from a new perspective: from a wooden path 3 meters above the ground. Get close to some animals in the pets corner.
Opening Hours
Summertime from 10.00 to 18.00 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Standardtime from 10.00 to 16.00 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Guidances with animal feeding at 14.00/2 a.m. (all year) and 16.30/4.30 p.m. (summertime only)
On request für groups of 20 persons or more at 10.30.
Parking spaces available.
Last entrance a half hour before closing.
The wildpark is barrier-free and accessible for wheelchairs.
